Structural Design:
Single-structure 6Y-TZP, full-layer gradient shading

SST-CML is made from 6 mol% yttria-stabilized zirconia (6Y-TZP) and offers exceptional translucency of approximately 49%.
With its lightweight and highly translucent structure, SST-CML is the most natural-looking material in the series, closely mimicking the color and light diffusion of natural enamel.
Its flexural strength of ~800 MPa makes it suitable for restorations in low-load but high-esthetic demand zones.

The material features a naturally soft, multilayer gradient that delivers lifelike brightness and texture even without porcelain layering.
It is the ideal choice for smile design and anterior aesthetic restorations.

Sintering Curve

Up to 3 Units (8 hours total)
  • Heat at 10°C/min to 900°C, hold for 20 minutes
  • Continue heating at 5°C/min to 1500°C, hold for 120 minutes
  • Cool down at 10°C/min to 300°C

4–6 Unit Bridge (11.5 Hours Total)
  • Heat at 5°C/min to 900°C, hold for 30 minutes
  • Continue heating at 3°C/min to 1500°C, hold for 120 minutes
  • Cool down at 8°C/min to 300°C

  • Heat at 5°C/min to 900°C, hold for 20 minutes
  • Continue heating at 2°C/min to 1500°C, hold for 120 minutes
